It has taken me a package of Oreos and chocolate covered Easter eggs (too many to count) all consumed in one furious sitting to get through life recently. But I know the path to healing is not copious amounts of ketchup chips, but rather, hope. Hope is found only in the air filtered through the cedars and into my lungs. Hiking through these masters of serenity brings me back to a place of ‘Deliverance’ from the madness. In the movement of the wind, I return to living in the moment.
